Nymph

She has a fear of drowning.
Of losing herself beneath the
cold lonely waters of [chaos]
and many nights spent
fending off the nightmares.
Hiding small bones  
behind black and white
photographs and shy artsy
fingers, she still believes
In faeries, of myths and
of legends: because
sharp toothed  realities
are to hard for this pixie
heart to bear.
